I wouldn't blame the public for not being interested in architecture. Architects make the subject so boring and esoteric that this author can often find it hard to stay awake. In this blog I will look at the subject (in as much as possible) from a non-architect's perspective. I might even make it interesting and relevant.

Why bother with Architecture?
Why is architecture such a mysterious profession in Ireland? Why do so few people know what an architect does? Of course, thats changing now thanks to television: Duncan Stewart, Garry Miley, Angela Brady, Dermot Bannon are some of the main saboteurs of the Wall of Silence that professionals love and have traditionally found comfort in.
